Representatives from the Livingston County Health Center will be at Chillicothe High School on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 to administer required vaccines to next year's seniors in an effort to ensure all incoming seniors will be in compliance by the start of the 2023-24 school year. This will coincide with the scheduled sports physicals at the high school.
Health Center officials say the agency has mailed letters along with forms to all parents who have students not in compliance for next year. Please click on the following link to access the permission form:
